Silent Auction Rules

  • The Silent Auction will be open for bids on Saturday, November 29 at 11:00 a.m.
  • It will close for bids at 10:00 p.m. on Friday, December 5. All bidding after this will be in person. The Auction closes for in-person bidding at 1:00 pm on December 7.
  • You may email bids to ginger@churchoftheincarnation.org with the item number and name in the subject line.
  • In order to be accepted, email bids must include both a valid telephone number and a valid email.
  • No bids will be accepted by telephone.
  • Bids will be registered in the order received.
  • No bids lower than the minimum bid will be accepted.
  • At 5pm each day, the online list of items will be updated to show the current highest bid for each item. We are not able to receive phone calls asking the highest bid for each item.
  • After the end of the silent auction, we will call or email winners of each item. If the item is not picked up and paid for in a week, the item will be offered to the second highest bidder, and so on…​
