CHRISTMAS COLLECT:

 

O God, you make us glad by the yearly festival of the birth of your only Son Jesus Christ: Grant that we, who joyfully receive him as our Redeemer, may with sure confidence behold him when he comes to be our Judge; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

 

THIS WEEK AT INCARNATION

 

Monday, December 24            Christmas Eve

                                                10:30 pm. Musical Prelude featuring soloists

                                                from the choir.

                                                11:00 pm. Festival Eucharist with choir and organ – Music of Haydn, Poulenc, and Widor, with traditional carols.

 

Tuesday, December 25           Christmas Day

                                                11:00 am.  Holy Eucharist with soloists from the choir.  Visit to the Crèche for children.

 

Wednesday, December 26       12:15 pm. Holy Eucharist

                                                6:30 pm. Holy Eucharist and Homily 

                                                                       

Friday, December 28               12:15 pm. Holy Communion with prayers for healing.

                                                           

 

December 30^th  

First Sunday after Christmas

 

8:30 am:  Holy Eucharist

in the Chapel of the Nativity

Homily: the Assistant Minister

 

10:00 am: Adult Forum does not meet this Sunday.

 

11:00 am: Communion with Choir

Sermon: the Assistant Minister

Music of Wolf and Schubert

Sunday School will not meet this Sunday.

 

5:00 pm: Contemplative Candlelight

Communion, celebrating the New Year.

Meditation: the Assistant Minister

A sparkling cider and champagne reception will follow.
