E-MINDER: the Church of the Incarnation

4:00 pm. Women’s Group, we are going to try something new during Holy Week.  Holy Saturday marks the day of the church year when vigil was kept outside Christ’s tomb.  His female disciples were particularly faithful as they waited for the Sabbath to end so they could anoint his body in proper preparation for burial.  We will gather to contemplate the faith and witness of those women, and to join them in their waiting.  There will be tea, Scriptural meditations, and prayer; then we will adorn the church with flowers before the Easter Vigil begins at 6:30 pm.  Please RSVP by calling the church office, 212-689-6350, or emailing me Amanda@churchoftheincarnation.org.
