Children’s Ministries
Children are welcome at all parish events, including worship as well as programs geared toward their spiritual nurture and development. During the Sunday 11:00 am service, children ages 3 to 9 are invited to Sunday School for Godly Play – a Montessori-based method of Biblical storytelling that allows children to wonder about the stories and respond to them with play or art. On Sunday mornings, the nursery is available for younger children and is supervised by a professional attendant. During the summer Sunday-School hiatus, children of all ages are welcome in the nursery, and a week-long Vacation Bible School is offered in August. All of these programs depend on the support and participation of parents and other adults.
